Situations:

1. If a referee crew is short one AR then the referees will be paid their regular fee.
2. If a referee ends up officiating the match alone then the referee will be paid 1.5 x’s the fee. Example…if the fee is $40 then the referee will be paid $60. For a $45 game pay the referee

   $65.

3. If a game is canceled for a NOT weather-related issue and the officiating crew / assignor is not notified 24 hours in advance then the referee crew shall be paid.

To assist in this effort, we kindly request that all coaches finalize their game schedules for the upcoming weekend no later than Monday evening.

Timely Scheduling

Finalizing the schedule by Monday evening is essential for our referee coordinator to allocate referees effectively and efficiently. This timeline allows us to provide our referees with sufficient notice to prepare for the upcoming games.

Changes and Cancellations

Should there be any changes to your game schedules or if a cancellation is necessary, please immediately notify our referee coordinator. It is imperative to communicate these adjustments as soon as possible to avoid logistical issues and to ensure that all parties are informed in a timely manner.

Financial Implications

Please be aware that failure to finalize schedules or promptly escalate changes may lead to unnecessary financial costs for the club. Specifically, if a referee appears for a scheduled game that has been canceled without prior notice, the team will be responsible for paying the referee’s fee. This not only impacts our club’s finances but also affects the morale and availability of our dedicated referees.
